Kids Art Camp
Kids Art Camp is a summer day camp for kids ages 5-12, designed to expose campers to a variety of styles of art and different mediums. We lead hands-on fun in a supportive environment where campers get creative alongside their peers, lead by our experienced, kind, and warm staff of art teachers.

​Location: North Tahoe Art Center, Kings Beach, 8731 N. Lake Blvd

Details: This camp takes place in the fenced backyard at North Tahoe Art Center. Shade sails and tents are provided to keep out of the sun. Each day we begin with morning circle to connect with one another and give a description of the projects for the day. Campers will be placed in small group pods based on their age, and rotate through a variety of art projects each day.
During camp we'll explore all kinds of art making, including ceramics, drawing and painting, sculpture, collage, and more! A daily snack break will be taken each day. Camp goes until 1 p.m. so please pack a heavy snack for your child to sustain them through lunchtime. Camp is mostly shaded but some sun exposure is possible, so be sure to apply sunscreen before each day.

June 23- 27
Time: 9-1 Visual Art Camp at North Tahoe Arts. 1-3 Performing Art Camp at Fox Cultural Hall
Cost: $600 non-member, $550, member
Morning art session as usual in NTA's back yard then walk over to the Fox Cultural Hall for the afternoon performing arts session where we will do music, dance, movement, movies etc. Our end of the week Gala will be held at FCH from 1:45-3 on Friday. They have air conditioning and we will have snacks and beverages and a great show. More information: laura@northtahoearts.org

July 14-18

Cost: $400 non-member, $350 member
